Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Female Hostel Warden to oversee the daily operations of our hostel. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for all residents while promoting a positive community atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision and Management:

• Oversee the daily activities and welfare of hostel residents.

• Ensure adherence to hostel rules and regulations.

• Conduct regular inspections of the hostel premises.

Resident Support:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for residents' concerns and issues.

• Facilitate conflict resolution among residents.

• Organize and participate in community-building activities and events.

Safety and Security:

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all residents.

• Implement emergency procedures and conduct regular safety drills.

• Monitor access to the hostel and maintain visitor logs.

- Administrative Duties:

• Maintain accurate records of residents and incidents.

• Assist in the onboarding process for new residents.

• Prepare reports on hostel operations and resident feedback.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Social Work, or a related field.

• Previous experience in hostel management or a similar role is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to handle emergencies and stressful situations calmly.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic administrative tasks.

• Must be female as per the requirements of the role.

• Conflict Resolution: Capable of managing conflicts and finding amicable solutions.

• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Empathy: Understanding and addressing the needs of residents.

Salary: 12,000 to 22,000/- (Food & Accommodation provided)
