Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct analysis of website and application requirements to understand business needs.

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented back-end code and build high-performing PHP modules.

- Develop back-end portals with a focus on optimized database design and interaction.

- Act as the owner of the system

- You will play a key role in the development of the core product, working directly with the Business team on realizing their needs and translating it into the product

- You will be involved in the overall design, architecture and development of the application, maintaining quality and ensuring performance and compliance to software standards and guidelines

- You will adhere to the best practices of the Agile & TDD

- You will collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to design, prioritise and launch new features

- You will take ownership for organizing code and maintain its integrity at all points in time

- You will be responsible for understanding and implementing security and data protection best practices

- Develop and maintain dynamic web applications using PHP.

- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices.

- Work with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements.

- Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality.

- Develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, project managers, and QA testers.

- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to operations and activities.

- Troubleshoot application and code issues effectively to ensure smooth operation.

- Integrate various data storage solutions seamlessly with the application.

- Respond promptly to integration requests from front-end developers, ensuring smooth collaboration.

- Finalize back-end features and thoroughly test web applications to ensure functionality and quality.

- Continuously update and alter application features to enhance overall performance and user experience.

- Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality.

- Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle, from planning to deployment and maintenance.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Proven experience as a PHP Developer.

- Strong proficiency in PHP programming language.

- Experience in writing efficient back-end code and building PHP modules.

- Solid understanding of database design and optimization.

- Ability to troubleshoot application and code issues effectively.

- Experience with integrating data storage solutions.

- Familiarity with collaborating with front-end developers.

- Understanding of web application testing methodologies.

- Ability to contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.

- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
