Job Title: ReactJS & Java Developer

Experience: 4–8 Years

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled
ReactJS & Java Developer
with 4–8 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
frontend development using ReactJS
and
backend development using Java (Spring Boot / Microservices)
, along with good knowledge of databases, APIs, and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using
    ReactJS
    on the frontend and
    Java (Spring Boot, Microservices)
    on the backend.
  • Build reusable components, libraries, and APIs for future use.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, QA, DevOps, Product) to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
  • Work on
    RESTful APIs, database integration (SQL/NoSQL)
    , and messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  • Ensure application security, scalability, and high availability.
  • Contribute to Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).

Required Skills

  • Frontend
    :
  • Strong proficiency in
    ReactJS, Redux/Context API, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3/SASS
    .
  • Experience with UI frameworks/libraries (Material-UI, Bootstrap, Ant Design).
  • Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Backend
    :
  • Strong programming experience in
    Java 8/11/17
    .
  • Expertise in
    Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs
    .
  • Knowledge of
    ORM frameworks (Hibernate/JPA)
    .
  • Database
    :
  • Experience with
    SQL (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
    and
    NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis)
    .
  • Others
    :
  • Familiarity with
    CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab)
    .
  • Exposure to
    Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)
    is a plus.
  • Good understanding of
    Agile methodologies
    and
    Git version control
    .

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4–8 years of experience in full-stack development with ReactJS and Java.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with
    message brokers
    (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  • Knowledge of
    GraphQL

  • Experience in
    performance tuning and optimization
    .
  • Familiarity with
    Unit Testing frameworks
