Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to design packaging and promotional materials for our agarbatti brands. The designer will be responsible for developing product box designs, digital creatives for Instagram and WhatsApp, and ensuring brand consistency across all visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design agarbatti box and pouch packaging for different brands and product lines.
  • Create social media posts for Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
  • Develop banners, posters, and digital flyers for marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with the marketing and production teams to ensure correct packaging dimensions, printing quality, and brand guidelines.
  • Maintain and update creative content regularly as per seasonal or festive campaigns.
  • Coordinate with printing vendors for proofing and production follow-ups.
  • Stay updated on design trends and suggest new ideas for branding.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (FMCG or agarbatti industry preferred).
  • Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
  • Strong creative sense, color combination skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Education:

  • Bachelors degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI):

  • Quality and creativity of packaging and social media designs.
  • Timely completion of design tasks.
  • Consistency of visual identity across all platforms.
