We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Stock Manager to oversee all inventory operations at our fabric store. You will be responsible for managing daily stock levels, tracking all incoming and outgoing materials, and ensuring accurate monthly reports.

Key Responsibilities:

· Daily Stock Tracking: Monitor and record all daily sales, returns, and new inventory arrivals.

· Physical Inventory Management: This role involves significant legwork, including

· Inventory In & Out: Receive, check, and record all new fabric shipments. Accurately update stock records after each sale.

· Monthly Reconciliation: Conduct a full physical stock count at month-end and reconcile it with book records to identify and explain any variances.

· Store Organization: Ensure the stock room and sales floor are neatly organized and labeled for easy access.

· Reporting: Prepare clear daily and monthly stock summary reports for management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Proven experience in stock management, inventory control, or a similar role.

· Strong numerical and data entry skills.

· High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
