Bookkeeper/Administrator Experience: 0–1 year (Interns can apply) Education: B.Com required; MBA (Finance) preferred Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 (based on experience) Job Description: The role requires someone who can handle day-to-day accounting entries, maintain accurate financial records, support payroll processes, and assist with office administration. You must be able to manage accounts receivable and payable, prepare financial reports, coordinate with clients and vendors, and handle EPFO/ESIC challans. This role suits someone disciplined, organised, and willing to learn. Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain day-to-day financial entries accurately in Tally.
• Handle accounts receivable and payable, including bill processing, payment tracking, and client/vendor follow-ups.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and maintain proper documentation.
• Assist with payroll processing and generate monthly EPFO and ESIC challans.
• Prepare basic financial statements, cash flow summaries, and support month-end closing.
• Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.
• Maintain petty cash, office expense registers, and stock records.
• Coordinate with vendors and clients for billing, payment, and documentation issues.
• Support general office administration for smooth operations.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies. Skills Required:
• Strong working knowledge of Tally
• Understanding of accounts payable and receivable
• Knowledge of EPFO/ESIC challans and payroll support
• Ability to prepare basic financial reports
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organisational skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
