Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering high-quality visual assets that align with our brand identity and business objectives. You'll collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to create engaging visuals for digital, print, and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design visual assets for digital campaigns, websites, social media, and print materials.
  • Translate marketing objectives into creative strategies and visual concepts.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all design projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, content, etc.) to support design needs.
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Prepare and optimize files for web and print production.
  • Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and campaign ideation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–5 years of professional design experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
  • Experience with digital design tools (Figma, Canva, Sketch, etc.) is a plus.
  • Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate quickly.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical design skills.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

  • Motion graphics or video editing experience.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
  • Basic HTML/CSS understanding.
  • Photography or illustration skills.
