What will your role look like

  • Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, including business rules, Script Includes, REST APIs, ACLs, scheduled jobs, client scripts, UI policies, and workflows.
  • Customize and enhance ServiceNow workflows to meet business requirements.
  • Design, develop, and maintain performance dashboards, analytics reports, and monitoring solutions.
  • Ensure code quality, performance tuning, security, and adherence to best practices in ServiceNow development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile practices to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, and implementation of new features and applications.

We would like you to bring along

  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow application development.
  • Hands-on expertise in Java, AngularJS, REST, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Spring Boot.
  • Strong command of Core Java, including collections, exception handling, and inheritance.
  • Well-versed in object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.
  • Experience with performance analytics, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
  • Strong communication skills and client interaction experience.

Good-to-have skills

  • ServiceNow CSA, CAD, or CIS certification (mandatory).
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow platform UI customization.
  • Experience in performance tuning, security compliance, and capacity management.
  • Exposure to advanced ServiceNow modules and integrations.
