About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Retail Associate to manage a team of 7–10 Field Sales Executives (FSEs). The role involves overseeing FSE activities, ensuring adherence to performance metrics, and driving store operational excellence to achieve sales and productivity goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of FSEs, ensuring achievement of sales and delivery targets.

Monitor and drive FSE field visits for lead generation and customer engagement.

Ensure a minimum of 15 new customer store visits per FSE per month (after onboarding).

Track and improve Booking-to-Visit Ratio (≥ 20%) and Delivery-to-Booking Ratio (≥ 75%).

Monitor BSM% per vehicle (≥ 14%) and ensure inventory is maintained with optimal ageing.

Drive adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and HO guidelines for store operations.

Analyze performance reports and implement strategies to achieve at least 80% FSE productivity benchmarks.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Sales volume against delivery targets.

FSE delivery productivity ≥ 2 units (1st & 2nd month: 1 unit; after 2nd month: 2 units).

New customer store visits per FSE per month ≥ 15.

Booking-to-Visit Ratio ≥ 20%.

Delivery-to-Booking Ratio ≥ 75%.

BSM% per vehicle ≥ 14%.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

2–4 years of experience in retail sales, team management, or similar roles.

Strong leadership, communication, and performance management skills.

Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.

Target-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
