Civil Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to manage on-site construction activities, ensure quality control, and coordinate with clients, contractors, and project teams. The candidate must have hands-on experience in site execution, quantity estimation, and project supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities to ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth workflow.
• Monitor project progress, material usage, and manpower deployment.
• Prepare bar bending schedules (BBS), quantity estimates, and work progress reports.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control at the site.
• Handle site inspections, measurements, and client reporting.
• Resolve on-site technical issues and provide practical solutions.
• Maintain proper documentation, site records, and DPR (Daily Progress Reports).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of site experience in building / infrastructure / industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and quantity estimation.
• Good understanding of construction drawings and structural work.
• Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
• Ability to manage site independently and deliver projects within deadlines.

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
