We're looking for a SAP functional consultant to:

  • support the Product Owner in developing a clear product vision, strategy and roadmap covering the full product lifecycle
  • perform the analysis of the 'Current' and 'To-Be' states
  • collaborate with stakeholders – elicit, document, validate, and manage requirements, translating gathered requirements into Features, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria and Scenarios, that are clear to the team members in the pod
  • support the Product Owner create, manage and prioritize the pods backlog, in alignment with quarterly Objectives and Key Results
  • manage issues and dependencies within and outside the pod

Your team
In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods. You'll be working in the General Ledger Crew in Hyderabad / Mumbai / Pune under the Accounting and Controlling Stream.

Your expertise

  • bachelor degree or equivalent preferably focusing on finance, accounting, economics, engineering or computer science
  • experience in business analysis, product management and delivery of complex product to clients within the Finance
  • good understanding of Investment Banking, Treasury businesses and front to back
  • good functional knowledge in the areas of financial accounting within the financial services industry
  • proficient in solution design and configuration of SAP S/4 HANA Finance (+10y experience)
  • background and hands-on-experience in SAP Fioneer FSDM, FPSL
  • background and hands-on-experience in debugging ABAP code
  • sound knowledge on data lineage and data governance framework
  • change management experience; Agile framework experience using GITAB
  • curious to learn new technologies and practices, reuse strategic platforms and standards, evaluate

options, and make decisions with long-term sustainability in mind

  • strong communicator, from making presentations to technical writing
  • a self-starter, excellent analytical skills, meticulous attention to details
  • innovative, able to challenge effectively and manage conflicting stakeholder needs
