Walk-In Drive: Product Support Associate

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and customer-focused
Product Support Associate
to help users understand, use, and succeed with our product
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through WhatsApp, email, and calls.
- Guide users on how to use the product and resolve basic issues.
- Coordinate with the tech team for debugging or issue escalation.
- Maintain daily reports, tickets, and documentation.
- Assist in customer onboarding and account setup.
- Identify recurring issues and share feedback to improve the product.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills (spoken & written).
- Fluent English.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking ability.
- Good knowledge of
Excel & Word
. - Ability to understand software products quickly.
- Patient, customer-centric attitude.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree is mandatory
(any stream)
Who Should Apply
- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year experience
- Individuals with strong communication and customer-focus
- Candidates looking to grow into Customer Success or Product roles
