Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary State Head with a proven track record of leadership and business growth. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing state-level operations, driving revenue, managing large teams, and ensuring the company's strategic goals are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead overall business operations and strategy implementation within the state.
  • Drive sales, revenue, and profitability in line with organizational targets.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a large team of managers and executives.
  • Develop state-level business strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and industry dynamics to identify opportunities.
  • Monitor budgets, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.
  • Provide timely performance updates and reports to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Management, or relevant field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience, including leadership in state/regional operations.
  • Strong background in sales, business development, and operations management.
  • Proven ability to manage large teams and drive high performance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the state.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80, ₹150,000.00 per month
