We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring the company's social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation and Management:
  • Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visuals, videos, and other multimedia content.
  • Social Media Strategy:
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with marketing goals.
  • Analyze trends and audience behavior to optimize content and campaigns.
  • Community Engagement:
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across all platforms.
  • Foster relationships with followers and influencers to build a strong online community.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze performance metrics, providing regular reports on engagement, reach, and ROI.
  • Use insights to refine strategies and improve results.
  • Platform Management:
  • Stay updated with the latest platform features and best practices.
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all platforms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media KPIs
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Note- Interns are welcome too. They will have a basic stipend.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
