- Accurate Dispensing: Accurately dispensing prescription medications as per a Registered Medical Practitioner's prescription, ensuring the correct drug, dosage, and quantity.
Patient Care and Counseling
- Patient Counseling: Providing clear instructions and advice to patients on:
- How to take the medication correctly (dosage, timing, route).
- Potential side effects and how to manage them.
- Proper storage of the medicine.
- What to do if a dose is missed.
Over-the-Counter (OTC) Advice: Advising customers on non-prescription medications, healthcare supplies, and minor health conditions.
- Health Education: Promoting a healthy lifestyle and providing general health advice.
