Retail Store Executive

Job Role:

Assist customers on the shop floor, manage product displays, ensure shelves are stocked, and maintain overall store hygiene.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in finding products and offer basic product information
  • Refill shelves and check product expiry regularly
  • Maintain product display standards and cleanliness
  • Support billing team during rush hours
  • Handle daily stock inward/outward entries (training provided)
  • Arrange items neatly on shelves
  • Remove expired/damaged products
  • Maintain store cleanliness and assist store staff as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12th pass
  • Prior retail experience preferred but not mandatory
  • Good communication and customer service attitude
  • Willing to work in shifts
  • Should be fluent in Marathi and Hindi.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
