Description

We are seeking a Senior Procurement Officer to lead our procurement activities and ensure the organization gets the best value for its purchases. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in procurement processes and will play a key role in developing procurement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies that are innovative and cost-effective.
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify procurement needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Analyze market trends and supplier performance to optimize procurement decisions.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of goods and services.
• Prepare and manage procurement budgets, forecasts, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures, as well as legal regulations.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with suppliers and internal teams.
• Knowledge of market research and analysis techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
