Role & responsibilities

1.Responsible for all the admin related activities such as addition/deletion/updating of employee records.

  1. Helping users for installing, updating, and maintaining the application.

  2. Application Demo conducting induction programs unit wise for the end users.

  3. Day to day query resolution related to the application.

  4. Addition /maintaining data related to third parties such as distributors and dealers.

  5. Respond to inquiries from application users.

  6. Bridge between Digital Team and end users. Taking up queries and resolving it in a given time period.

  7. Region creation and alignment of employees to the appropriate work regions. Data alignment related to that region.

  8. Sending mailers every day to the HO and Unit wise end users.

  9. Attendance tracking and reports generation. Sending attendance reports to all the Units Groups.

  10. Daily / Weekly /Monthly reports generation from admin side as and when required by the unit officers/TLs/Heads.

  11. Report management Sending current day activity count, at end of the day to all unit heads.

Preferred candidate profile

Skill set required: MS Excel – advanced.

Experienced SFA admin would be preferred.
