Job Summary:
We are hiring a Billing Consultant with in-depth experience in oracle BRM 12 /Oracle BRM 15 (CNE) to lead technical delivery, operations support, and infrastructure billing for a large-scale telecom infrastructure environment. The ideal candidate brings a unique blend of hands-on development, production support, and leadership in high-volume, cloud-native billing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation and operations of Oracle BRM 15 in a Cloud Native Environment (CNE) using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
Manage end-to-end billing of telecom infrastructure ensuring , performance, scalability, and availability.
Drive automation, modernization, and CI/CD pipeline implementation for billing components.
Oversee infrastructure capacity planning, disaster recovery, and cloud resource optimization (OCI/AWS).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across development.
Ensure SLA compliance, proactive incident response, and regulatory billing requirements.
Provide technical leadership in billing architecture, integration, and high-speed data processing
Lead production support teams for 24x7 billing operations, including RCA, patching, and release coordination.
Required Skills & Experience:
Prior Hands-on expertise in Oracle BRM 12/15, custom opcode development
Knowledge of OBRM 15 CNE deployment using Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git)
Experience managing large-scale telecom billing systems with high volumes
Prior technical experience in Java, C/C++, Shell scripting, SQL/PLSQL
Familiarity with cloud platforms (OCI, AWS) and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Master's in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, or related field
Oracle BRM or OCI certifications preferred, ITIL, PMP, or Agile certifications are a plus
Proven experience leading cross-funsctional technical teams (10–20+ members)
Strong project management, stakeholder communication, and vendor coordination skills
Budget planning and infrastructure roadmap development
Knowledge of ITIL, Agile/Scrum, and DevOps methodologies
