Job Title : Call Center Executive – Sales/Customer Service
Location : Bangalore, India
Experience : Minimum 6 months of experience in Call Center / BPO (Sales or Customer Service)
Job Type : Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with queries, product information, and issue resolution.
Promote and upsell products/services to meet sales targets.
Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems.
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by providing timely and professional support.
Follow company scripts, policies, and compliance guidelines.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months experience in a voice process (sales or customer service).
Good communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts (including weekends if required).
Positive attitude and strong customer-handling skills.
