Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, execution, and supervision of construction activities on-site
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documents
  • Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, and vendors for smooth operations
  • Monitor project progress and report daily updates to the project manager
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control procedures
  • Support in preparing BOQs, material estimations, and site documentation
  • Learn and adapt to new construction technologies and project management tools

Candidate Profile

  • B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution
  • Strong willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks
  • Basic understanding of construction practices and site operations
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Excel, or project tracking tools is a plus
