Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Java Backend Developer with 5- 9 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and secure backend systems. The ideal candidate should have strong core Java skills, experience with modern frameworks, and a good understanding of enterprise application architecture.

Note : Candidates with 7+ years of experience are expected to have team lead or technical lead experience, including mentoring, code reviews, and ownership of modules or deliverables.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and secure backend solutions using Core Java and related technologies.

- Build and maintain RESTful APIs, backend services, and integrations with external systems.

- Collaborate with architects, team members, QA, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Optimize performance and ensure scalability of backend applications.

- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and system monitoring.

- Follow best practices in coding, security, and performance.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong expertise in Core Java (8/11/17)

- Experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, etc.)

- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture

- Proficient in SQL and relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle

- Experience with JPA/Hibernate or other ORM frameworks

- Exposure to unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito)

- Familiarity with version control systems (Git)

Good to Have :

- Experience with message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ)

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions

- Knowledge of Docker and containerized deployment

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

- Understanding of design patterns and clean code principles

Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Agile/Scrum experience is a plus
