Job Responsibilities:

  1. Assist State training In charge in all training and skill upgradation programs
  2. Impart product repair, process and CRM platform training to all field manpower
  3. Ensure minimum repair bounce and maintain quality of repairs
  4. Provide technical support to assigned service points
  5. Derive innovating ways to reduce repair cost
  6. Provide soft skill training to all the front-end field employees
  7. Drive on-the-job, online and classroom training for all the field employees
  8. Define SOP`s and find ways to improve service quality
  9. Work on improving technical and soft skills of all customer facing

Education Requirement:
ITI / Diploma/ Graduation degree in any discipline

  1. Technical knowledge of mobile phone and telecom
  2. Expertise in preparing technical documents
  3. Training skills
  4. Communication skills
