Position Name – Talent Acquisition Specialist - BFSI
Location - Mumbai / Bengaluru / Coimbatore / Ahmedabad
Experience Range – 2 to 12 years
- Identify and target potential clients within the BFSI industry.
- Develop and execute strategies to onboard new accounts and establish long-lasting business relationships with our existing accounts.CXO Engagement:
- Engage with C-level executives and decision-makers within client organizations.
- Understand their business needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions along with other value added services.
Business Development:
- Drive sales and business development activities to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop a deep understanding of market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.
- Alliance Building and Key Account Management:
- Build and maintain strategic alliances and partnerships with industry associations, key players, and relevant stakeholders.
- End-to-End Recruitment: The roles that you pick up from the clients, you yourself are responsible to close those roles via digging into our internal network, LinkedIN reachouts,
- Social media posts, pointed head hunting, job portal advertisements, generating referrals etc.
- You will lead the entire recruitment process from client consultation to candidate placement.
- It is your job to provide our clients with top notch talent who are also tailor made for their culture and growth stage.
Market Research:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and emerging opportunities within the given sector.
