Vivre Panels is seeking a Communication & Coordination Specialist to handle all aspects of communication and coordination with external partners, including agencies, vendors, suppliers, and service providers. This role is crucial for maintaining effective external relationships and ensuring smooth operations. Female candidates are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and facilitate communication with agencies, vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Coordinate external projects and activities to ensure timely and successful execution.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with external partners, ensuring adherence to agreements and high-quality standards.
  • Organise and oversee external meetings, events, and presentations.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on project progress and external communications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing external communications and coordination with various partners.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and maintain high-quality standards in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of advanced excel/google sheet is preferred.
