Position: E-commerce Executive

Experience: 6 months to 1 year (Experience in Amazon Domestic and International, EBAY, Flipkart, and Meesho preferred)

We are currently seeking an experienced E-commerce Executive with 1-2 year of experience in managing online platforms, including Amazon Domestic / International, Ebay, Flipkart, and Meesho, to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Platform Management:
• Oversee and manage product listings, content, and promotions on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon Domestic / International, Ebay, Flipkart, and Meesho.
• Listing Optimization:
• Optimize product listings, ensuring they are well-crafted, keyword-rich, and aligned with platform guidelines to maximize visibility and sales.
• Inventory and Order Management:
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with the warehouse team, and ensure timely order processing and fulfillment on each platform.
• Customer Support:
• Respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback on Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho promptly. Resolve issues and maintain a positive online reputation.
• Marketing and Campaigns:
• Plan and execute e-commerce marketing initiatives, including sponsored ads, promotions, and campaigns, to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
• Analytics and Reporting:
• Utilize analytics tools provided by e-commerce platforms to track sales performance, analyze customer behavior, and generate actionable insights.
• Competitor Analysis:
• Conduct regular assessments of competitor activities on Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho. Implement strategies to stay competitive in the market.
• Collaboration:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate e-commerce efforts with overall marketing strategies, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
• Platform Updates:
• Stay informed about platform updates, policies, and best practices on Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho. Implement changes accordingly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 1-2 year in managing e-commerce operations on Amazon Domestic / International, Ebay, Flipkart, and Meesho.
• Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape and platform-specific nuances.
• Proficiency in using seller dashboards and analytics tools of Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
