About the Role

We are looking for an experienced 3DExperience Support Engineer with strong hands‑on expertise in ENOVIA, customization, configuration, TCL, and MQL scripting. The ideal candidate will support day‑to‑day platform operations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth functioning of the 3DEXPERIENCE environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for 3DEXPERIENCE platform users across modules.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ENOVIA and other 3DX applications.
  • Monitor platform performance, availability, and escalate system-level incidents when required.
  • Manage user accounts, roles, access rights, and license-related issues.
  • Perform routine system health checks, log analysis, and validation of scheduled jobs and integrations.
  • Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Document known issues, resolutions, and best practices in the knowledge base.
  • Participate in upgrade testing, patch validation, and post-deployment support.

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with 3DExperience ENOVIA
  • Expertise in Customization & Configuration
  • Proficiency in TCL and MQL scripting
  • Good understanding of 3DX architecture, data model, and workflows
  • Experience in troubleshooting logs, jobs, and integrations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced support environment

Good to Have

  • Knowledge of JPO, EKL, or Java
  • Experience with PLM support in manufacturing/automotive/aerospace domains
  • Exposure to 3DX upgrade or migration projects
