Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement MuleSoft-based APIs for EDI
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to define EDI integration requirements.
• Develop API-led connectivity solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and DataWeave.
• Implement best practices for API development, security, and performance optimization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve EDI issues, ensuring smooth data flow. Respond to user issues in a timely manner to support issues in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Deploy and manage MuleSoft applications on CloudHub and Anypoint Partner Manager
• Develop reusable components and best practices for MuleSoft integration development.
• Coordinate with change management team members to support MuleSoft deployments.
• Attend meetings with other IT analysts to gather requirements for new EDI Implementations or modifications to Existing one.
• Document EDI requirements, technical specifications, and designs.
• Conduct end-user testing upon completion of implementation.
• Responsible for Partner Manager configurations and Partner EDI set ups, programming, testing, implementing, and maintaining a broad range of EDI transactions and standards to support our BUs and external partners.
• Stay updated with the latest MuleSoft features and industry trends to enhance EDI solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in developing integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform .
• Strong knowledge of Anypoint Partner Manager , RAML, RESTful APIs, SOAP Web Services, and EDI .
• Knowledge of EDI standards and their common transactions.
• Proficient in basic EDI transactions functional aspects
• Proficiency in DataWeave .
• Experience with Mule 4, CloudHub 2.0 .
• Familiarity with GitHub .
• Experience in error handling, logging, and monitoring MuleSoft EDI applications .
• Knowledge of database technologies (SQL, Oracle), JSON, and JAVA .
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
• MuleSoft Certification (MuleSoft Developer – Level 1 or higher) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with API lifecycle management and API governance.
• Knowledge/experience with multiple channels and protocols of EDI transactions distribution (AS2, HTTP, SFTP, VAN).
• AS2 and SFTP configuration and management.
