Banking Operations Executive

Location: Vesu ,Surat

Experience: 2–5 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process daily payments (Salary, Vendor, Old Gold, Margin, WCDL).
  • Post daily receipts and journal entries in accounting systems.
  • Monitor fund flow and maintain balances across Cash Credit (CC) accounts.
  • Manage EMIs, loan interest, corporate card payments, and WCDL repayments.
  • Coordinate with banks for approvals, documentation, and issue resolution.
  • Oversee Auto-Sweep processes and ensure timely fund utilization.
  • Perform daily/monthly bank reconciliations for all accounts.
  • Prepare Daily Fund Reports and support monthly MIS preparation.

Requirements :

  • Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance
  • Preferred: Experience in similar banking/finance roles

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of banking procedures & fund management
  • Excellent reconciliation and accuracy skills
  • Advanced Excel, ERP, and accounting software proficiency
  • Effective communication and coordination ability
