Hiring for Sr Leadership role / project Head with leading Hospitality/Retail industry in India.

Location: Mumbai 

Experience Years

Note - candidate required Hospitality and retail industry experience 

Desgination will be disclose time of your final round 

Candidate should be willing to Travel PAN India based on Project deadline.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Overseeing the progress of all construction activities

Coordination with Contractor & Consultants / Architects

Coordination with all the agencies working on site - Civil / Electrical / Plumbing / HVAC / Kitchen equipment

Reviewing of GFC & Maintaining GFC Drawing record

Maintaining Material Deliverable checklist

Ensuring all on-site workers adhere to the health and safety regulations

Reviewing daily construction work and reporting

Ensuring project completion as per the set timeline

Preparing weekly Progress report

Attending site meetings or events with Consultants /Airport Authorities

Satisfactory Site Hanover with zero snag

Industry: Must have handled Commercial projects like QSR/Restaurants/Hospitality

Candidate is responsible for managing all aspects of New/Revamp/Refurb project and maintenance work that includes managing all the aspects of site execution from design to execution.

Verifying Running & Final bills of Contractors

Verification of as built drawing & submission

QUALIFICATION

Diploma holder interior in Civil engineering

5+yrs in interior execution (F&B industry is preferable)

AutoCAD, MS-Office suite especially Word, Excel, MS Project ,PowerPoint and Outlook and Document Management Systems

Person should be Open to Travel to other cities depending on the need of the project.(For eg: if we have project going on in Bangalore he/she is expected to be stationed at Bangalore for atleast 25 to 30 days)
