Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to join our team. Your primary role will be to generate sales by making outbound calls to potential customers, understanding their needs, and persuasively presenting our products/services. This is an excellent opportunity for those who are looking to build a career in sales and enjoy the thrill of closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads and databases.
- Understand customer needs and requirements and effectively present our products/services to meet those needs.
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Follow up on generated leads through calls and emails to convert them into customers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
- Provide expert knowledge about the company's offerings to prospects.
- Handle customer queries and objections effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Any graduate (Degree / Diploma).
- Freshers are encouraged to apply
- Prior experience of 0-2 years in telesales, telecalling, or inside sales is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English and [Telugu/Hindi].
- Persuasive and confident speaking ability.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
