We are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to join our team. Your primary role will be to generate sales by making outbound calls to potential customers, understanding their needs, and persuasively presenting our products/services. Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads and databases.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements and effectively present our products/services to meet those needs.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on generated leads through calls and emails to convert them into customers.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
  • Provide expert knowledge about the company's offerings to prospects.
  • Handle customer queries and objections effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Any graduate (Degree / Diploma).
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply
  • Prior experience of 0-2 years in telesales, telecalling, or inside sales is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and [Telugu/Hindi].
  • Persuasive and confident speaking ability.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
