Job Description

Hiring UI/UX Designer

On-Site Position Only (No Remote): We are looking for a passionate and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team and help us elevate our design standards.

Important Note: This role requires on-site presence at the Rajkot office; it is not a remote position. If relocation is not possible, we kindly request you not to apply.

Requirements & Qualifications
  • No Remote Job, In-office only at Rajkot, Gujarat.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of web and mobile design projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
  • Fluent in English, ensuring a clear understanding of project requirements.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Good time-management skills.
  • Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Responsibility
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with project goals and clients needs.
  • Design responsive and visually appealing web and mobile interfaces that provide an optimal user experience.
  • Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries.
  • Continuously improve and iterate on designs based on user feedback, data, and design trends.
  • Ensure all designs comply with accessibility standards and best practices.
