Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Accountant located in Surat. The Assistant Accountant will handle day-to-day accounting tasks such as bookkeeping, maintaining financial records, assisting with budget preparation, generating financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role also includes reconciling accounts, processing invoices, handling payroll, and supporting audits. Candidates will collaborate closely with the finance team to ensure smooth financial operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Financial Reporting
  • Experience with Budget Preparation and Account Reconciliation
  • Knowledge of Financial Regulations, Invoicing, and Payroll Processing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally or QuickBooks
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
