Your Role as a Coding & Robotics Instructor

As a WizKlub Instructor, you will play a vital role in delivering structured programs at our partnered schools, ensuring effective student learning outcomes and program visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Delivery

2. Complete structured program deliverables on time.

3. Introduce students to programming concepts, algorithms, robotics, and problem-solving techniques.

4. Encourage creativity, collaboration, and participation in projects, hackathons, and competitions.

5. Student Management & Training

6. Maintain student records, including attendance and progress.

7. Stay trained and certified in WizKlub's curriculum and tools.

8. Ensure clear lesson planning and effective session delivery.

9. Reporting & Documentation

10. Submit timely updates on sessions conducted.

11. Maintain accurate attendance and performance records.

12. Share monthly progress reports with stakeholders.

13. Student Assessment

14. Track and monitor student performance after each session.

15. Update progress cards and share them with students and parents.

16. Program Visibility & Engagement

17. Participate in PTMs, orientations, expos, and school events.

18. Enhance engagement by representing WizKlub at various student and parent interactions.

19. Communication & Coordination

20. Regularly update parents, principals, and WizKlub teams on student progress.

21. Address challenges and escalate issues when needed.
22. Ensure smooth coordination among all stakeholders.

Requirements

• Passion for teaching and mentoring students in technology.
• Strong foundation in programming, coding, and robotics.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to work with school schedules and adapt to dynamic environments.
• Prior experience in teaching or edtech training is a plus.
