Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Interior Site Engineer with 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in interior site execution, BOQ preparation, Site supervision The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of construction processes and a proven ability to manage on-site activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Study and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
  • Prepare and verify Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for various civil and interior works.
  • Supervise and manage interior and civil site execution as per the approved designs and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of site activities.
  • Monitor and maintain site progress reports, daily logs, and quality checklists.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
  • Report regularly to the Project Manager regarding site updates, progress, and challenges.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelors degree in Interior Engineering or related field.
  • 2.5 years of relevant experience in interior project execution.
  • Strong understanding of interior construction drawings and BOQ preparation.
  • Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred), and project documentation.
  • Good communication and team management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
