Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead MERN Stack to drive the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge web and mobile solutions. This role requires deep expertise in backend development, AWS serverless architecture, and the ability to guide a team toward building scalable, robust, and user-centric applications.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Development

  • Lead and mentor the development team in building scalable, high-performing applications using MERN stack.
  • Take ownership of end-to-end technical delivery, from architecture design to deployment.
  • Provide technical guidance on best practices, emerging tools, and modern frameworks.

System Design & Architecture

  • Design and implement scalable backend systems using AWS Serverless with
  • Architect solutions with a strong emphasis on performance, reliability, and fault tolerance.
  • Define and implement deployment pipelines, CI/CD, and DevOps best practices.

Web & Mobile Development

  • Drive development of web applications leveraging frameworks such as , NestJS, NextJS.
  • Contribute to mobile application development using React Native.
  • Manage deployment and maintenance of applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Collaboration & Mentorship

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver user-focused solutions.
  • Serve as a mentor and coach for developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
  • Promote adherence to coding standards, design principles, and agile practices.

Innovation & Ownership

  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and frameworks.
  • Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve scalability and user experience.
  • Take complete ownership of everything shipped, ensuring quality, timeliness, and customer delight.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Master degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in web and mobile application development.

Core Expertise:

  • Strong backend development background, with proven experience in MERN stack.
  • Hands-on expertise in AWS serverless architecture with
  • Experience with React / React Native for frontend and mobile development.
  • Proficiency in modern frameworks such as , NestJS, NextJS.
  • Knowledge of deployment and app store publishing (Google Play & Apple App Store).

Key Skills:

  • Strong system design and architectural skills.
  • Ability to build highly scalable, robust, and fault-tolerant services.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud-native development.
  • Strong mentoring, leadership, and team collaboration capabilities.
