Role & responsibilities

  • Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Inter passed) with 13 years of relevant experience in accounting, audit, or finance.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and audit processes.
  • Hands-on experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and MIS preparation.
  • Proficiency in accounting tools (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, SAP, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with clients and team members effectively.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under deadlines, and take ownership of deliverables.

Preferred candidate profile

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in accounting, audit, and financial reporting for multiple clients across sectors.
  • Handle month-end close activities including reconciliations, accruals, and preparation of MIS/financial statements.
  • Support statutory and tax audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Work on accounting software/ERPs (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, SAP, etc.) for bookkeeping and reporting.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for reporting, statutory compliance, and process improvements.
  • Manage and guide junior team members, ensuring timely deliverables and quality output.
  • Contribute to internal reviews, process standardization, and documentation of best practices.
