About the Role:

We're on the lookout for a
UX Designer
who's passionate about creating meaningful user experiences. You'll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to research, design, and test user-focused solutions for our
SaaS-based B2B HRTech platform.

We value designers who think beyond pixels — those who empathize deeply with users, communicate clearly, and design with purpose. If you're creative, focused, and thrive in a fast-moving, product-first environment, we'd love to have you on our team

Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with product managers and developers to define user requirements and workflows.

· Design wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes using tools like
Figma or Adobe XD

· Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs

· Translate complex problems into clean, usable interfaces

· Maintain and contribute to the evolving design system

· Ensure consistency in visual style, tone, and UX standards across the platform

What We're Looking For

·
Experience: 3–4 years as a UX Designer
, preferably with a
product-based B2B SaaS company.

· A degree or certification in UX Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field

Technical Skills:

· Expert-level
proficiency in Figma.

· Strong understanding of
design systems and component-based design.

Mindset & Soft Skills:

· Agile, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-moving startup environment.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

· Highly disciplined, focused, and outcome oriented.

· Strong sense of empathy for users and team members alike.

Portfolio Expectations

Your portfolio should speak for your design thinking and problem-solving abilities.
