Job Title: React Native Developer – Mobile Application Lead (Fresher / 1 Year Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop high-performance mobile applications using React Native.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, backend developers, and QA engineers.

Lead small teams or projects in mobile app development.

Ensure code quality, application performance, and maintainable architecture.

Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimal user experience.

Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions.

Stay updated with new technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of React Native framework and its core principles.

Experience in building and deploying mobile applications (internship or project experience is acceptable).

Basic knowledge of JavaScript, Redux, RESTful APIs, and navigation libraries.

Understanding of mobile app architecture and debugging tools.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Good communication skills and problem-solving attitude.

Eagerness to learn, lead small teams, and contribute to project planning.

Nice to Have:

Knowledge of Android/iOS platform-specific implementations.

Exposure to testing tools and CI/CD pipelines.

Experience with version control (Git).
