Overview:

Seeking a Senior Interior Designer (5+ years) to lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring innovative, functional designs.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead design projects, collaborate with clients.

  • Create mood boards, layouts, and 3D renderings.

  • Select furniture, finishes, and materials.

  • Mentor junior designers and manage projects.

  • Ensure designs meet budgets, timelines, and quality.

  • Stay updated on trends, manage vendors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Interior Design or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience and strong portfolio.

  • Expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Strong communication and project management skills.

  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations.

Preferred:

  • Experience in residential/commercial design.

  • Proficiency in 3D modeling (Revit, Rhino).

  • Leadership experience.
