Key Responsibilities

  • Define and develop the E/E system requirements and architecture for EV 2-wheelers and their subsystems such as Vehicle Control Unit (VCU), Battery Management Systems (BMS), Charger etc.
  • Integrate various subsystems such as Battery Management System (BMS), motor, motor controller, display, and sensors into EV 2-wheelers
  • Integration of the Network ECUs at the SW Level
  • Task Planning, tracking, holding status meetings with stakeholders ensuring deliverables are completed as per the requirements and deadline
  • Validation, monitoring and identifying the issue root cause and solving problems
  • Finalizing Electrical Component assembly on the vehicle considering all the installation guidelines
  • Hold design reviews for Architecture, Drawings
  • Finalizing the required Sensors and their integration on the vehicle
  • Defining CAN messages and signals and setting of priorities based on criticality
  • Generating interface requirement for hardware and software

Functional Failure and Safety Impact Analysis of the Vehicle

Ideal Candidate

  • 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in EV industry
  • Hands on knowledge of designing and working on multiple Electrical systems, ideally, multiple vehicular electrical systems
  • Hands on knowledge on DFMEA of complex systems
  • Be able to break down product requirements to hardware and software specifications and requirements

Knowledge on UDS protocol, ISO26262 (FuSa, HARA etc.), UML, AIS standards
