  • Position: Technician
  • Location : Chennai Factory (Thiruporur)
  • CTC: INR 500,000 to INR 550,000 INR.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 +Yrs
  • Qualification: Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Graduate, preferred.

Special Mentions - 1. Minimum 4 years experience in paint production line management

  3. Ready to work in shift ( all 3 shift basis)

  4. Age : 25 to 32

  5. Reporting to : Team Leader
  6. Roles & Responsibility
  7. Paint production management for shift operations
  8. Manage paint progress to achieve daily production plan
  9. Reduce process defect and keep quality level
  10. Control the robot error in the shift & reduce defects . Ensure the FTT
  11. Manpower control for shift operations
  12. Arrange manpower to each process based on attendance condition
  13. Control and monitor operator attendance
  14. Control work time based on factory operation time
  15. Machine and paint booth control for shift
  16. Maintain machine and paint booth in good condition
  17. Conduct trouble shooting if required
  18. Hands on experience to manage the robot paint shop individually during shift
  19. Knowledge in Plastic parts painting through robot & manual
  20. Co-ordination with Injection & Assy team to ensure smooth operation
  21. Knowledge in Screen Printing
  22. Basic knowledge in Paint shop Maintenance
  23. Material control for shift operations
  24. Coordinate material for shift properly
  25. Control defect material properly
  26. Process control for 2nd shift
  27. Monitor operator's work and train them if the work is not proper
  28. Arrange repair if defects happen
  29. Analyze defect and reduce defect ratio
  30. Communicate with next shift leaders
  31. Have a good communication with leaders
  32. Give a feedback of shift result to leaders
  33. Quality control for the shift
  34. Look around the process and check the quality
  35. Record the defect and report to leaders
  36. Dedication to achieve the Quality. Theme " I do I check"
  37. 5S
  38. Maintain 5S condition for the shift
