About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Associate (Admin) to manage day-today operational tasks. The role requires strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and the willingness to support cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to streamline operations.
  • Handle procurement, Merchant management and stock reporting trans monitoring
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with the delivery team to align and allocate delivery agents based on geo-preferences, ensuring smooth operations and optimized service efficiency
  • Demonstrate the ability to make quick and effective decisions while addressing on-ground operational challenges
  • Ability to share real-time data and coordinate with the Operations Manager to address daily challenges effectively
  • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for efficiency
  • Willing to extend work support beyond regular hours when required and act as a stand-in Operations Lead when necessary

Basic Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant any field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in administration or operations support (freshers with strong skills may also apply).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email communication
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
  • Ability coordinate with multiple stake holder like delivery team and field support team

Preferred Qualification:

  • Prior experience in quick commerce and last-mile operations will be considered an added advantage
  • Experience or knowledge of quick commerce supply chain processes will be an additional advantage
  • Familiarity with local geographical locations and routes to optimize delivery planning and resource allocation will be considered an added advantage
