We are seeking a passionate and experienced Technical Lead to spearhead the design and development of scalable, enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, as well as strong proficiency in React, Angular, and modern cloud services. You will lead a cross-functional team, drive architectural decisions, and ensure engineering best practices in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end technical design and development of applications using Java microservices and modern frontend technologies (React, JavaScript).
  • Define and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing architecture and system designs.
  • Guide the team in applying software design patterns, best practices, and code quality standards.
  • Collaborate with product owners, scrum masters, and stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and manage technical risks.
  • Own delivery timelines, technical documentation, and CI/CD practices.
  • Evaluate and implement cloud-native services and deployment strategies on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in software development with strong backend skills in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

Hands-on experience in , JavaScript, and REST APIs.

Deep understanding of System Design and Software Design Patterns.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.

Proven ability to design scalable, secure cloud solutions (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Strong experience in leading development teams and delivering production-grade applications.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
