 Experience:
10+ years of experience in Data Science - AI/ML, with at least 2 years focused on generative AI.
Proven track record of designing and deploying generative AI solutions in production environments.
Experience with cloud platforms ( Azure) and AI services (e.g.Azure OpenAI).

Technical Skills:
Expertise in generative AI models (e.g., GPT, BERT, DALL-E, etc.) and frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face, LangChain).
Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
Proficiency in MLOps tools and practices (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).
Knowledge of data engineering, ETL pipelines, and big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
Knowledge of responsible AI practices
Familiarity with ethical AI frameworks like Google's AI Principles or Microsoft's Responsible AI.

 Leadership & Mentorship
Proven ability to lead Data Science, AI/ML projects and mentor junior team members.
Experience in managing client relationships and setting expectations.
Adaptability & Continuous Learning
Willingness to stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML and generative AI.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools, frameworks, and technologies
