Role & responsibilities

  • Ensure subtitles adhere to client specifications and industry standards.
  • Review and proofread subtitles for accuracy, timing and synchronization.
  • Check for grammatical errors, spelling mistakes and typographical errors in the subtitles.
  • Verify that subtitles are correctly formatted and encoded according to the requirements.
  • Identify areas of improvement and advice to the team to improve the quality score.
  • Work closely with the content production team to understand project requirements and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with other language specialists to ensure consistency in multilingual projects.
  • Handle clients and data with utmost confidentiality and integrity.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred (not Mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of English (Type, write, speak & understand).
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Must be able to speak, write and understand at least one or more of the below- mentioned languages.
