Role specific responsibilities:

The candidate will be expected to:

  • Support onshore project managers with all project-related tasks
  • Track progress against a detailed project plan
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope and schedule
  • Participate in regular status meetings to connect project threads, uncover potential risks/issues and track progress.
  • Measure program performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Assist onshore project managers with creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
  • Assist onshore project managers with creating and maintaining project plans and tracking documentation
  • Post on knowledge sharing and team collaboration sites
  • Sharing best practices internally/externally
  • Collaboration with cross functional teams to guide them on their queries related to project scope, project road map and platform related functionalities if required.

Technical skills:

  • Familiarity with content management systems (preferably Adobe Experience Manager)
  • Advanced knowledge of Digital marketing tools and concepts
  • Experience with Web conferencing technologies (e.g. WebEx, Skype, Zoom)
  • General knowledge digital marketing/social media marketing best practices
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills-composing emails and other forms of communication, organizing and overseeing community calls, and managing digital communication platforms, among other tasks.
  • Passion for technology; an early adopter who quickly learns new technology
  • Demonstrated ability in working with all levels of management
  • Very strong relationship building/relationship management skills
  • Strong self-motivated and independent thinker who has experience working in a virtual environment
  • Strong collaboration skills: team-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Demonstrated initiative, resourcefulness, follow-through, detail-oriented, and problem-solver
  • Ability to work flexible hours to support different time zones

Qualifications

Education (degree): BA or BS or any other degree; Advanced degree preferred

Other (Explain): Relevant experience working in professional services organizations
