REQUIREMENT:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for healthcare IT projects.
  • Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams to define SMART FHIR-enabled workflows and applications.
  • Translate healthcare business requirements into functional specifications for EMR/EHR systems and SMART FHIR integrations.
  • Support data mapping, transformation, and validation across EMR/EHR, clinical registries, and SMART FHIR applications.
  • Assist in system implementations, upgrades, and interoperability projects leveraging SMART FHIR standards.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, PHIPA, GDPR, or local regulations).
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and insights to support clinical and operational decision-making.
  • Participate in testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT), API validation, and data quality checks.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance healthcare data interoperability, clinical decision support, and patient engagement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform in-depth analyses of market trends, business needs, benchmarking, and deficiencies to provide actionable recommendations, strategies, and plans.
  • Engage with customers to understand their business challenges and propose innovative solutions.
  • Contribute to RFP responses and business opportunities.
  • Represent the organization at industry forums and events.
  • Write white papers, blogs, and support thought leadership initiatives.
  • Conduct requirement analysis, management, and development activities.
  • Work on functional specifications, use cases, story preparation, and process flow diagrams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile projects to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions.
