Role & responsibilities

  • Design and deliver end-to-end Salesforce training programs covering Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Conduct hands-on workshops on Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce development.
  • Train participants on Apex programming, including triggers, classes, batch jobs, schedulers, and integration techniques (REST/SOAP APIs).
  • Provide guidance on Salesforce administration, including user management, security model, profiles, roles, sharing rules, and workflows.
  • Teach data migration techniques using Data Loader, SOQL, SOSL, and external integration tools.
  • Demonstrate best practices in Salesforce customizationcustom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and approval processes.
  • Cover Salesforce DevOps processes using Azure DevOps, Copado, ANT Migration Tool, and SFDX.
  • Mentor on CPQ configuration including products, bundles, price lists, and O2C processes.
  • Provide training on integration of Salesforce with external systems, including FHIR, HL7, and DocuSign.
  • Explain testing strategies in Salesforceunit testing with Apex test classes, code coverage, and debugging using Salesforce Inspector.
  • Share industry best practices for performance optimization and governor limit management.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, exercises, and real-world project scenarios.
  • Conduct assessment sessions to track learner progress and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and incorporate new features into the training curriculum.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Hands-on experience in Salesforce Development & Administration.
  • Strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, and Apex programming.
  • Experience with Sales, Service, Experience, and Health Clouds.
  • Skilled in REST/SOAP API integrations, data migration, and CPQ configuration.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, Copado, ANT, SFDX).
  • Prior experience delivering technical training or mentoring.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
