Job description

To lead the development of innovative knitted fabric products by managing the end-to-end product development process from concept, design, sampling, and testing to commercialization while ensuring alignment with market trends, customer needs, and business objectives. The role drives technical innovation, cost efficiency, and high product quality, contributing to business growth and customer satisfaction.

Role & responsibilities

• Product Development Leadership:
  
  Lead and manage the entire process of developing new knitted fabric products (circular, flat, and warp knitting), ensuring timely delivery and market readiness.
• Market & Customer Insights:
  
  Analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer requirements to develop commercially viable, innovative solutions that meet market demands.
• Technical Expertise:
  
  Apply deep technical knowledge in knitting technologies, fiber selection, fabric construction, and finishing techniques to develop high-performance products.
• Sample Development & Testing:
  
  Coordinate sample creation, oversee fabric trials, and conduct physical, mechanical, and performance testing to ensure product specifications and quality standards are met.
• Cross-functional Coordination:
  
  Work closely with Sales, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth transition from development to production, maintaining cost and quality targets.
• Innovation & Process Improvement:
  
  Drive continuous improvement in product development processes, adopting digital tools and automation solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce lead time, and improve traceability.
• Documentation & Compliance:
  
  Maintain complete technical documentation for each development project, ensuring traceability and compliance with internal and external standards.
